We enjoy staying here. Clean, nice bathroom with large shower. Not happy with towels in the bathroom this time, they were small, thread baren, and the cleaning lady repeatedly only left one bath towel and one hand towel, but my husband and I were in the room together for 3 days. The pool towels are nice. The food at the restaurant and around pool is delicious

Staff was amazing and had good suggestions for the city. The Eatery was probably the best meal we had while in Mexico. Pastor at night and morning staff went above and beyond.

We had a good one night stay before our all inclusive. It’s safe clean and easy ride to hotel district and airport. Nice roof top pool and great staff and clean large rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the airport, and they offer a shuttle bus service twice every hour, 24/7. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, which was listed among the hotel’s amenities. Unfortunately, it was a letdown—not only were the water jets not working properly, but the water was also cold. Other guests at the pool area were equally disappointed. After 6:00 p.m., Cancun tends to get chilly, so having a functional hot tub would have been a great bonus. Sadly, it wasn’t available.

The property did not have much around. We had to walk a good ways to the mall; however, close to the airport. The place was a tad dated and not very lively. The sportsbar was a ghost town most of the time.

Four points Sheraton is actually runed by Marriott Bonvoy.
This hotel was not new, older but a little renovated. The sheets were very cheap, polyester quality that had old curly hair, eyebrow hair and make up on the sheets. It was connected to a 24 hour hospital. Which was extremely odd.
There was a flickering light in the room. The light in the bathroom felt like hospital light. The AC never got cold.
The hotel food was ok. The hotel only provided one bottle of water and wanted to charge 60 pesos for another one for a room we booked for 275$.
There are no convenient stores or restaurants around the hotel, you must cross the highway to get to a mall. I would not be back or recommend this hotel.
