Staying here is never boring. It's close to the mall, has complete facilities. I've stayed here three times. The staff are all friendly. It's perfect for a vacation with kids. The swimming pool is wow.

Bathroom is clean but looks old.

Enjoying the stay So clean and comfy

First of all the check in time is delayed until 6.30PM, and the reservation is giving a complimentary for 3 people Break fast for 3 days (until me and fam check out), when the second day coming 3 pax BF is good but at the 3rd day they say that the complimentary suddenly change to 1pax 1 day, and they said I already take the 3 days because yesterday we took bf 3pax, its very dissapointing, they don't keep their words about the complimentary, very not recommended!

Crazy, this is how rich people live. From the beginning, all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist or CS who explained the rules of staying, procedures, facilities and others in great detail. We booked a single room, but when we arrived at the location, the room was full, and we were given a much better upgrade with a double bed room without adding any, so the kids could sleep in their own room, so my wife and I could be alone in our own room, the best solution. The pool is large and has various types for babies, children, adults, there are all playgrounds, it really suits the name waterplace, it's really a place to play in the water, but for the record when we went there, there happened to be 1 part that was being repaired, but it's still OK, great. Basically everything is The Best here, privacy is also OK, facilities are more than OK, The Room is The Best. Unfortunately, we didn't take breakfast, because Pakuwon Mall is just across the Lobby, so we decided to eat and walk around Pakuwon Mall, because we only need to walk across and we've arrived. Anyway, this year's anniversary vacation was The Best, I didn't choose the wrong place. Hmm.

Ascott Waterplace is a very nice serviced apartment. It 's located right across PTC where my event was. So it 's very convenient for me to go to my event. The apartment is spacious, it has the living room, the kitchen with the refrigerator & water dispenser. The bedroom has good bed as well. The AC is cold but the it is a bit noisy. And the curtain is set at the same side with the bed, and for me that likes the room to be completely dark, this curtain setup allows the sunshine to come to the bedroom and disturbs my sleep. I don't know if the curtain setup in all the apartments are like this or I just happened to get the apartment with this kind of curtain setup.
