Thank you so much for the help at the check in counter (i believe he is a guest service manager, Mr Andri) for giving a great solution for a mistake I did whilst booking the rooms on the app. I really appreciate it. Also the helpful staffs who’s helping with my packages / online orders that were sent to the room every day.

Pros; 1. Good location. 2. Excellent ambiance. 3. Price - ok. Cons; 1. Breakfast is not worth, selection and quality can be improved. 2. Service, could be more attentive at front desk. 1 receptionist agent I have forgotten his name (lean, local gentleman), he's outstanding.

Over all was so good. If the security officer in basement parking lot served more friendly and helpful, would be very much better. Frontiers are amazingly friendly and helpful!

Its not as spacious as it seems on picture. But it convinient and well enough. It lacks some cooking tools and prop, but you can ask for it. The furniture and equipment is good quality. The place is also clean. Need to improve the house keeping (took quite sometime to be done) but all the employees is very friendly.
