the place is comfortable and the service is really good

I stayed with my family, 2 rooms during peak season. My parents' room had a short circuit, so it was repaired which took a long time, in the end the TV was also removed, could not be used during the stay. For the price of 800, breakfast was very lacking, the menu was limited, the only good thing to eat was the omelet. However, there are always advantages when there are disadvantages, the hotel location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the hotel staff is friendly, in front of the hotel there is a minimarket.

I stayed on June 7th.. I got room 315.. but when I entered the room.. the AC was very hot and the telephone wasn't working.. finally I went to the receptionist to ask for the broken thing to be fixed.. not long after the officer came.. it turned out they couldn't fix it.. finally I was told to move rooms after a few hours.. just a suggestion: before consumers check in, please check the room facilities again because it is related to consumer comfort. Apart from that, the officers are friendly.

The room was dusty, the sheets, pillows, and bed covers all smelled bad. It seemed like they had never been cleaned. The breakfast was also not very tasty!

The location is very good, it is in the middle of Malang city. The swimming pool has a very nice view, the food is also quite varied. Only the room is a bit less clean, on the bed sheet there are several strands of hair as if it was not changed, I wanted to complain it was already 12 at night because I just checked in, the phone also had an error and could not be used and the AC was not cold enough, I complained but it was still not cold.

The hotel staff is friendly, the restaurant service is a bit slow, yesterday I only ordered white rice to eat in the room, it took a long time to be delivered, about 15 minutes. For facilities such as the swimming pool, it's quite good, but the children's pool is a bit dirty because there are lots of fallen leaves and it's not cleaned. The lounge chairs in front of the children's pool are also a bit dirty so it's not comfortable to use to lie down and watch the sunset. Then yesterday when I stayed there was an unpleasant incident, there were young people getting drunk on the chairs in front of the pool until they vomited. For me who brought small children to swim, it was uncomfortable to see it. Luckily, the report to the hotel staff was immediately handled. That's the only experience I had, hopefully in the future there will be no more incidents like that at the hotel, because honestly, there are no guards on the rooftop so the young people are free to do strange things. Oh yeah, one more thing at night I heard the sound of people pushing things until it was really disturbing. I called the reception but it was still noisy. As a result, I didn't sleep well

The hotel's staff, from the front officers to the dining room's employees, were friendly, polite, and helpful. I value humanly-serving over the equipment and even luxury since being human is rarely nowadays, even in the industry that's supposed to offer hospitality.
