They can improve in some area but especially the food choice.

This resort needs to update the property ( rooms ), good entertainment but I paid extra for earlier check in and I don’t have my room after 3 pm

The property was well maintain and the food was really good and the only thing is the animation team was not as good it needs more improvement

My family and I went on vacation to Viva Heavens and had an amazing time. The resort is smaller than the usual, but the food and entertainment were great. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, relaxing, and calm vacation.

The service and staff were very good, ,,, didn’t like that the room needs to be more remodel , needs more lighting

Food was pretty bad. And service was worse. Very rude bartenders and staff. Worse all inclusive resort we’ve ever been too.

My daughter has celiac disease. When we made the reservation, we made sure we called the hotel ourselves and told them about this. They said they were options for her to eat. When we arrived, we received a letter in Spanish explaining that she had celiac disease and that we were to give that letter to all of the people who were involved in restaurants. Unfortunately, there were some places who served food who did not understand the letter. In my opinion, this is where speaking English is a benefit to Tourists even though the letter was in Spanish, they still did not understand and when we tried to explain, they did not understand us. Celiac disease is something that we don’t mess around with given this reason as to the workers not understanding the tourist who were staying at their hotel is how I rate an average.

We loved, all of the dance instructors and yoga. Ms. Marie from the front desk was wonderful and so was Ms. Juana from Viva Club. Our Private Tour guide Mr. Enrique was knowledgeable and kind and we really enjoyed the drive around. The all inclusive food options from breakfast-Dinner were fresh and hearty and delicious. Hard working people, professional and kind. We will visit again and want to join membership.

Viva Heavens has been the best hotel I have stayed in. This was my 2nd year visiting in a row. I LOVE EVERYTHING about Viva Heavens. Such friendly staff who go out of their way to make you happy. The food is delicious, especially the Buffet restaurant. Every night is a different menu and the 4 restaurants are truly fine dining. The hotel and rooms are very clean. And above all i felt exteemely safe at all times.

The a la carte option was not good. Only experience 2 restaurants due to others not available.

Outdated, food was fine, there were no hangers for towels, biggest problem was was disorganized entertainment, long walk to the beach.

It was very peaceful and full of activities. However the food options could have been better and fresher. Also I was hoping for somethin more cultural to the area/country.

Food choices was horrible wasted alot of food, your choices in meat be still tough hard to chew and a lot of pork daily. Cleaning ladies let mosquitos in the room when cleaning so they bite you in the room at night. Bring insect spray. Air Conditioner unit stay broke doesn't get very cold bring a small fan. You have to remain in your room all day until they fix it you cant go out or they will stop working on the unit..SPA- massage is a waste of 115 dollars unless you want a rub down in baby oil they dont actually massage your muscles just rub excessive amount of baby oil on for 1 hour 20 mins. You leave the same way you went in just oily. Other than that enjoy the scenery of the beach.

Room had mold all over and food was not great. We all.gor sick the kast day and coukdbt even get front drsk to bring us an extra bucketsir garbage bag.

This resort if very well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The food and variety was good. I didn't get to experience any of the restaurants (they filled up quickly) but the buffet was adequate with plenty of options and the coffee shop was excellent. The toaster and the panini maker were broken. They should have backups in place. The food options by the beach was adequate. One day they had a BBQ and it was delicious. Drinks were adequate. Only Presidente beer which was fine by me. The entertainment shows were good but short. They had a pool table but was always covered. They need more entertainment or maybe a game room. There were plenty of chairs and covered areas (coconut trees) by the beach. The pool was decent but after a bubble pool party the water looked murky the next couple of days. Overall a good experience. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were spacious, good AC, and the beach was beautiful. The taste of the food was okay but there was a lack of options (not even salmon). The food at the buffet was better than the restaurants. The front desk employees were helpful. There was a lack of entertainment for people with families and/or the entertainment events were not promoted well! What was particularly disappointing about this place was that you could tell some of the employees were intoxicated while working their shift. That was a huge turn off from this hotel especially if you are going with your family.

Had a great time at the property and the food was great too. The number of restaurants were limited though and they all aren't open always so had some terrible getting some bookings in. The guest help desk was able to hook us up with some reservations when we requested them but couldn't get it ourselves on the app. Overall experience was great and the staff was very accommodating but I wish they had more number of events throughout the day (especially in the open) to keep the Caribbean vibe alive throughout.
