First, when checking in we were given a bad room; we moved in that room and found it missing few things. We complained and then they moved us to better room; there were some problems here but those were resolved, ultimately, to our satisfaction. When complained about safe and AC system not working the man who had assigned us the bad room wanted us to move back to that room; we declined. This man was not fair at all. When checking in he told us that he was going to upgrade our room that normally costs more but he would waive the charges and it was upto us to pay anything if we wanted to; as mentioned initially above, the room was bad, forget about that being an upgrade.
