It is easy access to your car, when you need it

It was great! Comfy beds, comfy rooms and the staff was absolutely incredible and helped us when we weren’t satisfied with our view.

The recepcionista, one of the man who were cooking breakfast and the restaurant’s hostess were rude. But the waitress and valet parking were very helpful and polite.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the historic central area of Guadalajara. The staff was quite polite and helpful, and the valet parking was reasonably priced and efficient. The buffet breakfast was alwas very well done, and the hotel's restaurant provide a nice ambiance with a nice view of the cathedral and a nice place to grab a bite and enjoy some evning drinks. Overall very pleased with this property and would happily stay again.

The hotel is nice the area is a bit crazy.

I like the location,cleanliness and people work there excellent,but the rooms need microwave and ice machines in the hallways,washing machines and ironing board and better nightstands!!!!!

We asked for cookies they never had any i asked to buy some they were good when they gave us some the first day they were always out

Our stay was good, however when booking on line it shows that there is breakfast and parking available. When I checked in that was not the case. I was disappointed, but I did enjoy the location of the hotel accessible to pretty much everything.

I loved it, my boyfriend and I stayed here for about a week, staff is friendly, rooms were nice and comfy, AC worked perfect, restroom was beautiful and the view was amazing. The hotel is in the middle of a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers. Everything you could possibly need or want is right around the corner would 100% recommend!!
