We stay for 6 night and almost feel like we're at home, the room was cozy and we're lucky to have whole room only for 3 of us. The staff very friendly and helpfull to give information. the location was perfect just across myeongdong street, easy to go anywhere in the city. we'll definitely stay here again on the next trip to seoul.

Front desk is very accommodating and helpful. Place is near the main street and very accessible to anywhere. Comfy bed with heater, bathroom is clean and I will most probably stay here again if I visit Seoul again :)

Very close to the metro exit/entrance. Convenient womens stay.

Pros: Location: It takes 2 minutes to get Myeongdong subway and bus station. Myeong dong Shopping street just get cross the street. About 5 minute to walk to Lotte duty free, lotte young plaza or Shinsegae. 2 bus stop to get Seoul station and 1 subway station to take Shuttle buses route to Nsan tower. Naendemun market is far about 1 bus stop by or 20m by foot. Hostel: It is clear and quiet enough to get a good sleep after long day. They server breads with coffee for free breakfast. Cons: The hostel is in 2nd - 3rd floor, there is no elevator, no help so consider if y have heavy luggage. No clean up room.

It's located in 2nd floor and unfortunately no stairs, but it's located really near myeongdong market and myeongdong station exit no.4.

I have a great vacation here. The space is not wide but very clean and comfortable. There is a dining room, a clean shared bathroom, a makeup area, a fully equipped hair dryer, a washing machine to be used for free, it only takes an additional 1000w to dry clothes immediately. Around Philstay there are many convenient and cheap shops and restaurants, only 200 meters from gate 4 station Myeongdong, passing the road to the shopping haven and Myeongdong cuisine. However, taking a bus from the airport to Philstay is a long way to walk, so consider studying to take a train, which is cheaper, but you need to walk far away.

It's definitely my home when I am in Seoul.

The staff cannot make the noisy guest to quiet at night, so pity.

Clean, close to the subway, close to shopping area, wide bed, not uncomfortable, with adjusting curtain, give privacy well, will keep going.

Very close to Myeongdong shopping street (just across the street) and near the metro station. But keep in mind for those who carry large luggage will be rather difficult if you want to use the train because there are parts that do not have the escalator. But if you want to and from the airport, you can use the airport bus, the stop is close to the hostel. For standard cleanliness.

The location is very convenient. Just right beside exit 4 of myeongdong station. Perfect for shopaholics as you can buy things in myeongdong and leave it at hostel straightaway. Cleanliness is good and people are nice. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

It is a lovely place to stay. Good location near Myeongdong. I stayed here for 4 nights. It felt like home. My roommate, she is a foreigner. She is cute and very friendly. I wish I could come back here again.

Location was great and the staff was really helpful. They offered to store my luggage in the locker when I was backpacking to other places. No elevator in the building though and it was quite cold to go to the bathroom which was located on the first floor

The hostel keepers were great,they can speak in 4 languages. I woke up late at my first morning in Myeongdong but they still let me have breakfast there even it had passed the breakfast time. They were so helpful, giving me information about the transportation around and so on. The room was nice too, the bathroom was also clean. Location is also 5 mins to Subway station and bus stop. Shopping street is just across the road. Restaurants and minimarkets are just 5-10 mins walking from the hostel. Overall this is the best hostel I've ever stayed.

The room is small, the shower is only on the 2nd floor whereas my room is on the 3rd floor
