OK for a night or two for the price but felt the hotel was in need of a lot of modernisation. Reception and breakfast area was clean but food options not good. Breakfast is served to you at a kitchen counter and nothing showing what was on offer apart from the odd things laid out on trays on the counter. Lift was extremely small and old which you have to close the external door and then pull across the gate. Didn't feel too safe. Room was very dark and dated. Bathroom was clean but again dated. Wifi signal poor. Location is good and it was a decent base for a couple of days but not somewhere I would stay at if I was to return.

The pictures in Hotels.com didnt show the real place. It was totally different. We were really dissapointed.

Not a modern building, you get what you pay for. Cleaning and restaurant staff are nice.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel was not in the condition we anticipated based on the photos. Needs some TLC

It was all great, the 24 hr check in is a plus, staff was friendly and gave us helpful advices of places where we could go. We could definitely go back!

Paid in full checked in and once we saw the dirtiness of our room I walked out!!! I lost $250 and had to go spend double that to get a clean and modern room elsewhere in the city.

Like safe quiet don't like none

Francesco at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that the refrigerators do not work in the rooms. They do allow you to store drinks in the main kitchen refrigerator, though.

Great staff. Safe property and neighborhood. Updated carpets and bedding would be nice.

Some of the information given by Hotels.com beforehand was inaccurate. There is no Airport transfer, in fact when I door to Hotels.com, he didn’t know what this meant. The staff do no speak English, with the exception of one man who works 2 evenings per week. There is no in room massage. Staff tried to be helpful, location was good, housekeeping good and breakfast staff helpful, if the offering is a bit basic and repetitive.

This a small, unassuming Hotel, basic but good, very well located, close to the subway and lots of Dining options near by. The coffee at breakfast can be better and the hairdryer in my room never worked. The best part is the staff which is always friendly and helpful.

The property was fine. The internet was not dependable.

The hotel does not look like in a pictures. The toilet was broken. Very dirty carpet in a room. The elevator for only 1 person with a metal door.

blood stain on bed sheets. Exterior window did not close properly. AC outlets are useless.
