I had a wonderful stay at UNWIND HOTEL & BAR SAPPORO. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with a cozy lodge-style vibe. Service was number one…breakfast is delivered to your door every morning, which feels very special. The view to the street is lovely, especially in winter when you can enjoy the snowfall. It’s truly worth it. Just note that it’s not recommended if you plan to fit too many people into one room. Perfect for couples or small groups!

The staff were lovely, very helpful and provided excellent service. It's a small, cozy hotel. I slept comfortably. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Breakfast consisted of soup and bread, which was delicious.

Services are nice. Staff here are beautiful and thoughtful. Facilities inside room are comfy.

It was a boutique hotel with a bar on the roof top. The service was so warm and helpful. Room & bed was big, compared with any other hotels in Japan. Fantastic! 👌

The cabin feel of the hotel is very unique and it fits well with the weather of Sapporo. The breakfast is not much but the concept is unique. The crew and staff are young and can speak English.

The room was exactly like in the pictures. The service was amazing, they were so helpful for us when we misplaced a passport!! We looked forward to the breakfast every day because it was so delicious! The amount of space in the room was perfect as well, especially for those who travel with larger suitcases. Location was also great, close to Odori and the subway station too. We would definitely 100% stay there again! So recommended!
