Absolutely loved the hospitality at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel cozy and comfortable. Room was spacious, breakfast each morning was delicious, fire pit on the rooftop was inviting, pizza from the bar was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Sapporo.

My husband and I really liked Unwind Hotel and Bar Sapporo. It has a woodsy cabin-like vibe to it. We got the room with a king-sized bed and still had plenty of space. Daily breakfast of soup and bread was delivered to our door. It was delicious. The staff was friendly and their English was good. Communication was not a problem. No on-site washer/dryer but they do offer laundry service for a fee. On the top floor, is a cozy bar, which we liked. There is also a rooftop area for open air seating. For the reasonable rate and the size and comfort of the room, I would absolutely stay there again.

My mum and I stayed at Unwind Hotel for 6 nights. It is a small hotel and the setting is cozy. Very conveniently located with variety of eateries and near to Odori Park and all within walking distance. The team here are English speaking and they are very polite and helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future!
