Easy check in, ideal location for early flight, good food and friendly atmosphere.

Furniture in the public areas is grubby and desperately needs replacing

We had a fire alarm, but the staff were badly trained, if at all. Fire doors were not opened and staff watched as customers walked into the building and did not clear customers who blocked the doors stopping customers from exiting the hotel, thank god it was a flase alram.

Not disabled friendly

Parking very expensive so need to go to airport parking. no facility to take bags to departures which is up steep slope.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is very convenient for Bristol airport as you can walk from the hotel into the airport. The food is bistro type pub food, so don't expect haute cuisine.

Good overnight stop for airport

Convenient. Good breakfast/excellent coffee.comfy beds.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, and most importantly, very good staff.

The hotel was clean and super easy for the airport, although we’d never stay again. I had doubts about the food from already posted reviews and those doubts were well founded. It was similar to a 1980’s holiday camp. Service took ages (not enough staff) and the food was terrible. We declined breakfast for obvious reasons. By all means stay there but for your own sake don’t waste your money on the food.

Good location for the terminal, staff polite and friendly. For an unknown reason we were put in an accessible room suitable for wheelchairs not ideal for us we were unable to change our room as fully booked. But the food and cleanliness of restaurant is what gives a low rating , the food was horrendous for our evening meal, burnt and undercooked all in one plate .

Lovely staff efficient and friendly. Only slight disappointment outside starting to look old . Don't let that put you of the rest is fabulous

Overnight stay for early flight, was worried about the food because of other reviews. Food was fine ,limited menu but good for what it was. Staff all excellent and a special mention for Keith, great to meet people who understand customer care
