It is the only a hotel at the airport and convenient for the terminal but it has a monopoly! It is quite expensive for a few hours sleep. Another hotel choice would be more customer friendly, perhaps a Premier Inn.

The whole stay at the hotel was wonderful from the staff at the front desk, to the food in the restaurant, a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean and was also very quiet, despite there being lots of people in the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and all had a good sense of humour. The biggest problem is the prices of chocolate bar £2.50 a bag of crisps £2.50. There was lots on display and nobody bought any if they reduce the price they would sell more and they would make a good profit. It’s the same with the price of spirits £550 to £6 per shot we ended up going into our room and drinking their own drink helped double up for a discount. That’s the only negative thing I have to say.

Air conditioning was terrible. Even with thermostat and power to the room turned off, the noise made it impossible to sleep and we requested a move to another room. Staff agreed the room wasn't fit for purpose and agreed to a full refund

Convenient location for airport, no frills, comfortable & very quiet. Ate there too - it was fine. Appreciated the v early continental breakfast that was included. I just think it’s overpriced, but then you are paying for the location & convenience.

Excellent hotel for a stop over if you have an early morning flight. Rooms clean, modern and well equipped for a short stay. Continental breakfast served from 4am so avoids the need to get to the airport early and pay extortionate prices in the departure lounge
