It was expensive as expected for an airport hotel. Staff were friendly but we're all a replacement team so every question seemed to be referred to one person who seemed to be the only one who was familiar with the place. Room had a fridge but it wasn't cold and has not been cleaned. Fire alarm malfunctioned a number of times around 9pm. Not good for the many guests who were there for very early flights.

Stayed here many times staff are fine. I would rather have food at night served to you not order at bar not good for a hilton hotel. Food needs improving i had hunters chicken. Chicken had obviously been boiled first then sauce. Bacon and cheese on top making thecchicken very dry just as easy to butterfly chicken and pan fry much better being a retired chef of 42 years. Menu needs a overall just my opinion.

We have stayed in this hotel so many times and we always have been satisfied. This time though I have to mention how bad was the food. The chicken curry was a soup without meat, and the breakfast was shocking!!!! Cereals, toast and there was a bit of fruit salad left, nothing else 😓
