Awful experience with Gluten Free options. My wife is coeliac and there was nothing she could eat

The price of room does not fit,breakfast was poor and very unappetising Eggs,bacon on hot plate had been there far too long bacon like cardboard fried eggs rubbery. No staff around to wipe down tabes or for assistance so had no choice of eggs it was either fried like rubber or watery scrambled .The only thing i enjoyed was brown toast. Room basic Premier Inn has better!Guest printer not working.Had disturbed sleep though noises outside/above.Extremely disappointed all round shall never recommend or stay in a Hilton again.

Checked in after a late flight arrival at 11.30 without issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had good gluten free options as 1 of my family is a coeliac.

Was a quiet hotel, room was really smart massive tv.

Extremely handy being within 5 min walk of terminal. Food and drink good, staff friendly and helpful. The chairs in the seating areas need a good clean or replacing. The beds/bedding are very comfortable, room has that you need including an iron and hairdryer.

onsite convenience for airport but grossly overpriced @ £146 per night.

The airport terminal is a short walk away, and they had breakfast items out at 4am! Also, very quiet despite the airport

Really pleased with hotel. I would say further than 5 minutes walk and not easy with suitcases. However the actual Room was lovely.

Stayed overnight for ease of travelling on an early flight. We often stay there and it's always excellent. Breakfast catered for vegan and gluten free.

We stayed a night having returned at 2330hrs on a flight, there were some others from the same flight checking in, its all about the location for this hotel, so as there is no competition we always stay there if we are flying. No complaints, the breakfast was looking a little jaded but were were towards the end of the service so no complaints.

Easy walking access to airport, bed was comfortable. Room was well maintained with everything you needed for overnight stay. Variety of food options and breakfast being available at 4 am. All staff was polite, helpful and friendly. Would recommend staying there again if I have an early flight in the future.

Excellent place for pre flight stay at the airport. Took all the stress out of travelling to Bristol for an early take off. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

It was brilliant for staying the night before your flight thought you would hear planes all night but didn’t hear one will do this again if we fly from Bristol because it takes all the stress out of travelling there

Right next door to departures at Bristol Airport. Very welcoming staff. Good choice for evening meal and breakfast. Very spacious, clean room.
