The hotel has 2 building that difference entrance door and need 300-400 meters walk with our luggage to the lobby (entrance door difference road , the hotel doesn't has connecting) and I have booked from agent but didn't have any hotel contact number in the booking. that we have a problem when I need to checked- in the hotel, I can't call to the hotel lobby. but we lucky we other guest opened the main entrance door and told us to walk for check in at another side of the hotel entrance.

The location is close to the bus stop and the train station, the rooms are neat, clean always, according to what we ordered, the reception staff are quite friendly and helpful, the location is right and left a lot of places to eat and eat with coles. Unfortunately there is no b'fast and may not be early check in. The hotel has no elevator, the stairs are too small so you have to go up and down repeatedly to carry luggage.

Very helpful to their guests, near to public transportation, friendly staffs, tidy room, very recommended!

Newly renovated hotel furniture is new and clean, soap and natural shampoo from New Zealand. There are 2 separate buildings opposite, each facing a different street as entrance access. The one shown on the photo with the sign is the hotel where the receptionist is located with a standard double room or more. The rooms are triple standard (tribune) in other buildings. All buildings no lift only stairs to to 1st floor and so on. The location is easily reached by subway / train or city bus. If you forget not to put the clean up room on the door outside when left out then the room is not cleaned.
