Good, basic hotel, close to shops/restaurants. Staff were great and super helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our needs. 15-20min walk to Hyde Park but also close to King's Cross station. Highly recommend Algorithm cafe for breakfast just a 5 min walk away :)

The amenities were spread over three locations blocks apart. My mouldy room with thin walls was in Victoria Street, reception in Darlinghurst Road and parking - which cost me $96.90 the first night and $55 the second night was in Bayswater Road.

I stayed 9 nights which was longer than most guests I think. Sam who works on reception was excellent, he carried my bags to & from my room, organised for my towels & sheets to be changed when I requested & arranged very efficient transport to the airport. The room had all the basic facilities I needed.

The room was nice and clean. It was overall a good stay. The bathroom door did not completely close lol. So privacy was a bit off.

the bathroom exhaust fan is extremely NOISY and we can’t use the bathroom comfortably. Report to the front desk and quick response but do nothing.
