It’s very nice.

도심 근교에 위치하여 교통 및 위치 그리고 가격대비 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

I had a family trip and was looking for a room with 3people (2adult, 2kid). Considering the price and location to a train station, it was ok but the room was very small and had no window to open. There's no lift.

It's the SMALL room and quite different from pic and we turned on the heater never got warmer.

I stayed 9 nights which was longer than most guests I think. Sam who works on reception was excellent, he carried my bags to & from my room, organised for my towels & sheets to be changed when I requested & arranged very efficient transport to the airport. The room had all the basic facilities I needed.

夜と早朝はフロントにスタッフがいないのはやはり不安 部屋はテラスが広くてとても良かった

The room was nice and clean. It was overall a good stay. The bathroom door did not completely close lol. So privacy was a bit off. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and suited our family. Great shower pressure which was a real positive.

the bathroom exhaust fan is extremely NOISY and we can’t use the bathroom comfortably. Report to the front desk and quick response but do nothing. The room is very small, not recommended!

Simple room for a short stay in a lovely part of Sydney. The staff were so welcoming and helped me with everything I needed!

Great walkable Location close to everything. Small room but it had all we needed. Bed was very hard , could use a topper and more pillows. But overall good.

Will never stay there again. Over priced. Too small. Felt dirty.

Staff were lovely, very dated and could use some TLC

Staff were excellent, very clean room and linen. A little noisy (but then again, it is the Cross!). The shower recess a little restrictive, but again, a very good price rate for the night’s accommodation.

Well located and easy access. The staff are very friendly. I loved the shower and the bed was good.

Clean room, only negative thing was we had to ask for hand towels.

Very clean, parking far away, aircon not great, room very small, comfy bed
