Sydney Boutique Hotel

I stayed 9 nights which was longer than most guests I think. Sam who works on reception was excellent, he carried my bags to & from my room, organised for my towels & sheets to be changed when I requested & arranged very efficient transport to the airport. The room had all the basic facilities I needed.

The room was nice and clean. It was overall a good stay. The bathroom door did not completely close lol. So privacy was a bit off. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and suited our family. Great shower pressure which was a real positive.

the bathroom exhaust fan is extremely NOISY and we can’t use the bathroom comfortably. Report to the front desk and quick response but do nothing. The room is very small, not recommended!

Simple room for a short stay in a lovely part of Sydney. The staff were so welcoming and helped me with everything I needed!

Great walkable Location close to everything. Small room but it had all we needed. Bed was very hard , could use a topper and more pillows. But overall good.

Will never stay there again. Over priced. Too small. Felt dirty.

Staff were excellent, very clean room and linen. A little noisy (but then again, it is the Cross!). The shower recess a little restrictive, but again, a very good price rate for the night’s accommodation.

Well located and easy access. The staff are very friendly. I loved the shower and the bed was good.

Clean room, only negative thing was we had to ask for hand towels.

Convenient to station for travel Friendly, helpful, minded our bags. Bathroom door was kinda stuck and 2 steps down to the bathroom from our room was downright dangerous to senior citizens. Ok for the price but I think I might aim up market next time.

Encountered a large roach as soon as we entered the room and ended up cancelling to stay elsewhere. Booked through Expedia and trying to figure out a refund.

Good price for a bed for the night. It is a noisy road outside, but its the middle of Sydney so it is to be expected. Self check in worked fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the rooms were very affordable for the location.

Staff was kind & location was convenient. Rooms were small & bare bones. Sink did not have hot water, turning to hot resulted in no water flow. Bathroom is essentially a wet room despite their effort to use a shower curtain. You must be able to navigate stairs as there is no elevator. Early check-in is a luggage hold of the room is not ready which is helpful. Beds were comfortable.
