Lovely hotel in Leeds, we stayed 5 nights and were very happy

Friendly staff.

This was the last of 4 hotels we stayed in on our trip and the best. We were here 3 nights, staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a comfortable nest, very clean, well appointed, and quiet (on the top floor). We ate in the Grill, Limited menu but food was very good. Bar very chic and cool. Only comment would be for the price it would be nice to have feather duvets.

Great service and selection of food, would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and well-appointed

The reception staff were very courteous, the complimentary mulled cider & mince pies were a lovely touch for Xmas period. The classic room size was far bigger than expected & the bathroom/ shower was lovely. Leeds centre is pretty compact but the hotel is so close to the station which was great to leave our bag with them ahead of time & also before we left for our train.

Our stay was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The staff couldn’t do enough and went beyond themselves to help us in all aspects. Would definately recommend

Staff were courteous and helpful at all times.Next time we will order 'twin beds' as the double was too small.
