The reception staff were very courteous, the complimentary mulled cider & mince pies were a lovely touch for Xmas period. The classic room size was far bigger than expected & the bathroom/ shower was lovely. Leeds centre is pretty compact but the hotel is so close to the station which was great to leave our bag with them ahead of time & also before we left for our train.

The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room, great facilities, Nespresso machine (an essential for caffeine addicts like me!), strong hans gröher shower, Molton Brown toiletries, big TV, lots of mirrors, effective air conditioning and right in the centre of Leeds. Would definitely stay again.
