The receptionist was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room, great facilities, Nespresso machine (an essential for caffeine addicts like me!), strong hans gröher shower, Molton Brown toiletries, big TV, lots of mirrors, effective air conditioning and right in the centre of Leeds. Would definitely stay again.

Great service as always. We dine here and have drinks quite often however this time it was for my birthday. Receptionist was kind enough to offer early check (at a cost) which is fine as it was nearly 3 hours before the usual check in, so that the room could be decorated. Room was clean and spacious, again room service staff were excellent.

Reservé el hotel por la buena calificación que tenía y el buen precio que ofrece. Nada más entrar en el establecimiento, me di cuenta de que había muchas razones para darle un 10.
No me puedo quejar de nada, el personal amable, servicial, las instalaciones extremadamente limpias, el diseño espectacular, y los servicios del hotel muy completos. Mi hotel favorito en Leeds en adelante.
