Rooms clean friendly staff nearby shops and restaurants. Looks a little run down in areas and could do with a bit of maintenance. Used facilities and bar in adjacent hotel that was internally linked as the diner and bar in our side was shut. Lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced . Don’t worry about the weird noises the lift makes when reaching top floor bounces a bit on arrival. Bath takes a while to fill hot water fine but cold a little low on pressure. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great for a solo traveller, 1 or 2 night stay. The only thing for me was thar the shower was small, and not easy for tall guy who is in their 60's . However, it did work for me.

Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment.

Stayed in the deluxe room and at over £100 for the night with no breakfast, I did expect better. Drain in the shower had smell on arrival, but sorted quickly. Went to get into bed that night and the frame the mattress sits on came away from the frame and collapsed, so at had to "re-make" the bed. Morning noticed in the shower that there was black around the shower hose and dials and also ran out of toilet paper in the night (silly dispenser type thing on wall) with no spares. Mentioned in the morning on check out and apologized for issues, but no offer of anything, not even breakfast. Staff really nice but think needs some modernizing.

Clean hotel and helpful staff. Great location

Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again

The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.

Amazing hotel. Couldn't do enough for me. So friendly. Room was really comfy and clean. Will definitely use them again.

Very welcoming. All the staff were top class Single room clean, quiet and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. £10 choice of several enticing breakfasts. Only six minutes walk along the front to the theatre. Parking on street is charged from 10am-4pm, wasn’t a problem for me. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Public areas very good and comfortable, our bedroom was in need of an upgrade, the headboards were faux leather and in very poor condition, the leather was flaking off and landing on the pillows through the night, the bed linen needs to be replaced including duvets. The staff however were more than helpful and very pleasant and friendly, a welcoming check in. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the bedrooms have been upgraded, we only booked one night.

Bed was excellent. Dining room and breakfast were very good and staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was small and very cramped and shower definitely needs upgrading.
