Nicely situated on the seafront. There was a little confusion about checking in, as one receptionist served both this hotel and the one next door (they are connected internally) so if there is no answer at the front door, try the Central Hotel next door

Wifi was so poor, I waited for about 25 minutes at the front desk to get checked out. Location is great.

This was a good place for one night. The place was quaint and very close to Venue Crymu where I was working.

We stop in Llandudno fairly regularly but this is first time in this hotel. It is close to theatre where we were going to. Very friendly staff, breakfast great, don't do evening meal and no hotel parking. Room was ok but water was cold and radiator didn't work. Both problems sorted promptly. Great value for money so may return next time we book theatre.

Had a fantastic stay, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend 😊😊😊😊

Very well maintained property with nice views of the ocean.

Good connections to the train station and the town centre. Staff were very welcoming and informative Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

We really enjoyed are stay, staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. The communal lounges were lovely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

A pleasant stay at a scenic location.

Great location on the prom. Chairs in public areas very comfortable. It is joined with the Central next door with staff working between both hotels. This resulted in a wait to be greeted at reception and a wait past check in time for our room, we were offered a free drink from the bar to compensate, any drink. On the whole staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good as described we had all we needed. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at extra cost, good value for money and it was good. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

Booking in was all good Staff very friendly and helpful Nice sea view and area Booked two rooms and one in particular wasn't very clean with a sticky carpet and the bathroom floor wasn't clean and it creaked so badly that my mum didn't like to walk on it. Her bedding didn't smell very fresh either. Just expected more from a four star hotel

We visited Llandudno, Wales for the first time and really enjoyed it. The hotel was well located and easy to get wherever we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and eager to help in anyway necessary. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Llandudno.

Nice place and location. Lacking a bit on the comfort of the bed. Had a amazing ocean view which was awesome. No parking was a challenge as it is very busy during the day but we sorted it out but not convenient. Staff were fantastic.
