フレンドリーでおもてなし感満載のホテルです。 朝食も美味しく、オーダーしてからの調理なので出来立てが食べられます。 立地もシーサイドラインにあり、風景も素晴らしい。 駐車場が道端の共用しかないのが残念。夜は駐車料金が無料ですが、スペース確保が面倒。

Staff is nice and helpful View is very good

The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.

Small but fully equipped and clean room. All facilities as described and an excellent breakfast individually prepared. Good value and great sea front location with kind supportive staff

Amazing hotel. Couldn't do enough for me. So friendly. Room was really comfy and clean. Will definitely use them again.

Very welcoming. All the staff were top class Single room clean, quiet and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. £10 choice of several enticing breakfasts. Only six minutes walk along the front to the theatre. Parking on street is charged from 10am-4pm, wasn’t a problem for me. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Public areas very good and comfortable, our bedroom was in need of an upgrade, the headboards were faux leather and in very poor condition, the leather was flaking off and landing on the pillows through the night, the bed linen needs to be replaced including duvets. The staff however were more than helpful and very pleasant and friendly, a welcoming check in. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the bedrooms have been upgraded, we only booked one night.

Bed was excellent. Dining room and breakfast were very good and staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was small and very cramped and shower definitely needs upgrading.

Good stay, even when the police came and arrest some of our lively neighbours... Good location... Nice hotel

Great stay

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is a bit old (as you can imagine) but everything is fine. It’s clean, comfortable bed, excellent location. There are a lot of seagulls as it’s seaside. The closer to the pier, the more seagulls you have (noise). So this hotel have a good balance between the distance to the pier and seagull noise level! Street parking around the hotel, not easy to find one at daytime but not too bad after 5pm.

So, given this 3 starts as was here 3 nights and room was never cleaned, no fresh towels either. Friendly staff but need more attention to those basic things.

The view is great because we reserved the Seaview room, but many seagulls stayed at the outside of the window and made the noise. The floor of the bathroom made the noise when we were walking around in the bathroom.

Parking is around but it's not free just budget it in to your stay, check in was okay, hotel is clean and staff polite, our room no32 on the 3rd floor was extremely small but comfortable, view from window isn't good bathroom again extremely small but workable, constant noise from dogs barking but we are easy going and accepted it can be a nuisance to some, OVER ALL ACCEPTABLE STAY BUT WOULDN'T WANT A ROOM THAT SMALL AGAIN COSTLY AT £114 FOR WHAT WE GOT.

Just need to sort out the carpet grip it dose caches your feet but from that all was good

Bathroom was very small indeed - temperature of water (we pointed this out as we left) in the shower and also hot tap was scalding hot - we could not enjoy a shower which was really disappointing- it was unsafe at that temperature and the dial on the shower did not work to cool it down in room 22

Lovely hotel , staff very helpful and efficient Room was clean and cozy , bed comfy and the little touches had been done .

Lovely B&B conveniently situated on the prom. Parking wasn’t great as you have to pay metered parking 10-4 and it’s £5.50. Lovely staff who made you feel very welcome

Overall satisfied with this hotel. Price was OK, good customer service, room size was adequate. There are some issues with the age of the hotel. For example, with the shower, water flips between hot and cold at times.
