3 horas nos tuvieron en el lobby esperando por un cuarto disponible según ellos estaban full y en esas 3 horas en el lobby nadie hizo check out terrible el servicio al cliente y demasiado ruido

Good place I spend just for one night but was very good, kitchen 100% good and the bed was good too :) congrats!

WiFi very spotty, not even a full signal. No hot water at 7:30 am. Sheets were stained as well as bedspread.

During my stay, we experienced a moderate earthquake. The hotel handled it with great professionalism and concern for safety. They made sure all the guests and staff were secure and comfortable.

I loved it because it had its own kitchen with everything that you need to make your own food. you dont need any Nothing, just in groceries, awesome.

Overall, the stay at the hotel was good. The views from the terrace is great. One night there was music coming from the room next door; it lasted for about 30 minutes.

It is a quiet area and safe.
