Best culinary experience around madurai

Value for money. The room is well maintained. All staffs are very friendly and helpful

Me and my friend enjoyed the stay very much. The food was delicious. Enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was courteous and well behaved. The services were great. Property was neat and spacious. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were greeted with friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast for Asians and Western food. A good location to get around Madurai.

Excellent staff!! Very helpful front desk team. Sujaan, Alen and team went above and beyond to ensure our tournament needs are met. Chef guided us from allergy perspective, making us confident with food choice. The Sunday brunch was colorful!!

A 3.75- 4 star property. Pros: food quality is good, and availability is there. Cons: rooms are dated, most staff only speak broken English, and service is hit or miss with communication and timeliness an issue. I’d encourage hotel to better train staff to make this a 4-star plus experience.

Location and infrastructure was good, service was excellent. However the restaurant Madurai Kitchen was disappointing. It was over crowded and garden chairs were used as dinner chairs.
