A 3.75- 4 star property.
Pros: food quality is good, and availability is there.
Cons: rooms are dated, most staff only speak broken English, and service is hit or miss with communication and timeliness an issue.
I’d encourage hotel to better train staff to make this a 4-star plus experience.
