Dorsett has been a special place for my family for many years. I’ve been staying here since my kids were young, and now that they’re older, they’re staying at the hotel too! It’s lovely to see how Dorsett has remained a familiar and comfortable place for us over the years. One of the things I love most is the location. It’s so convenient and hard to beat — within walking distance to Pavilion, Sungai Wang Plaza and TRX. You can even walk to KLCC, although it’s a little further and probably more suitable for the younger ones! A special thank you to Dinda for making our check-in so smooth and fuss-free. She was kind enough to arrange a high-floor room for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you as well to Fakhrulradzi for kindly granting me a late check-out. I’m truly grateful for both of their warm and professional service. They were so helpful, welcoming and always served with a genuine smile. These little touches really make a difference and make guests feel valued. One area I feel could be improved is the food selection. I found that the choices were quite similar to my previous stays, so perhaps it would be nice to have a little more variety. Some simple kid-friendly favorites like fried chicken, French fries and nuggets would definitely be appreciated by families. I also really enjoyed the cheese board — the portion was generous and I thought it was lovely. It would be even better with a little more crackers to go with all that delicious cheese! Thank you, Dorsett, for another pleasant stay and for taking such good care of us. We look forward to coming back again!

Wow, it's been almost 10 years since we stayed here, and it turns out the hotel is still well maintained!! Next time, we will definitely come back and stay here! The receptionist, Dinda, was very friendly and helpful! We were upgraded to a suite! Thanks a lot, Dinda!

I always stay here when I go to KL, but sometimes the room smells of cigarettes. The solution is to get an air purifier or wait for another room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
