Checked in smoothly. Lower your expectations for a 5-star hotel (do not compare to surrounding hotels). The furniture and building looked worn. But, everything worked smoothly. There was a complaint from other guests about a certain “smell”. But it was still bearable for us. The hotel might need to invest in a dehumidifier to eliminate the odor problem. Other than that, everything was perfect. Especially, it's very walkable to TRX mall and Bukit Bintang crowd. The hotel itself is located in a quieter area of Bukit Bintang.

I don't know why the aura in my 19th-floor room was so different. Then, on the third day, while taking a shower, hot mist splashed onto the glass, and a handprint was clearly visible. I assumed it was the hand of a cleaning worker. But deep down, I felt the aura in that room was indeed different from the previous one. Hopefully, there won't be any more strange incidents when I stay here again. The service and cleanliness were excellent.

Great location. Good hotel ambiance. Wide variety of food for breakfast. Definitely recommended.

My go-to hotel each time I visit KL. The location is unbeatable from Pavilion and TRX. Room is clean as always, and now they have filtered water to save plastic usage. Good job!
