I was happy but the one thing to improve is the service and/or inquiry via qrcode (servedesk) which is the response time could have been much improved. In my case, no response given at all.

Ask for non smoking room but I am pretty sure there 's smell of cig in my room. The bed sheet is not so clean, a lot of darm spot on it. And I asked for anohter towel cause mine is fall down but they said I need to pay for 10RM.

Old hotel, have few small cockroach at toilet and room table. Definitely will not coming back.

Surprisingly a pleasant stay.room was spacious and aircond was consistently cold.parking was limited but had to pay RM10.Room service was from 11am-6pm only

EXEMPTION OF SST & Tourism Tax
Please be advise that all rates / prices are with 0% Sales & Service Tax (SST). Tourism Tax will also be fully exempted from 1 July 2020 till 31 December, 2021.
Kindly take note effective as of 1st October 2020, Hotel standard and procedure check in/out and parking as below :

Check in time
Standard check-in time is after 3.00 pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. Request for early check-in must be made at the time of reservation. Every effort will be made to honour your request; however, it will be subject to hotel occupancy on the night prior.
