Staff hotel sgt friendly. Bilik dan juga bilik air agak kecil. Tapi sgt memuaskan kerana facilities boleh dianggap lengkap.
Hebatm anak2 berpuas hati, saya pun merasa senang.
Sarapan amat berbaloi dan bilik cantik. Cuma masalah parkir kereta. Mungkin disebabkan sedang diselanggara.
Lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatan yang buruk di pejabat depan
Bilik dan perkhidmatan hanya bernilai 4.5 bintang ... Ia tidak benar-benar hotel bintang 5 ...

Perkhidmatan di kaunter penyambut tetamu adalah ok, proses check-in cepat, bilik-bilik adalah luas, bersih, Sarapan adalah banyak pilihan, nasi lemaknya..lokasi yang disyorkan tidak jauh dari bintang bukit (pavilion mall), jika KL lg, pasti menginap di dorsett lagi, terima kasih traveloka

Didn't really stay in the rooms as was there for a quick meeting. The service team at lobby was very friendly and deserves commendation. Ms Suzanna was really accommodating as she helped me all the way from temporarily storing my bag to escorting me to the restaurant. Thank you for all the help. Look forward to a return stay.

1 for service but 5 for room
Service I called up the hotel upon arriving at the airport...Time call is already at 1240hrs and i told them im already on my way and asked if i can check in earlier.. i was transfered to FD and a chinese guy pick up the call.. again i repeat the same request.. but i was shocked when he immediately rejected and say NO.. i told him that I have boarded the taxi and already making my way.. Time check 1245... and i told him i will be reaching closer to 130 to 145 and again req for ECI.. which is not tooo early...he says NO... when i asked if room was occupied.. he said yes... so i asked again...if i check in later.. can i also check out late...he puts me on hold to check... when he came back to the line.. suddenly room was ready to check in..Upon arrival.. no luggage assistance rendered when there is soo many free man in uniform standing around😓😓😓 Day 1 I called for housekeeping to help me with the aircon.. They did sent someone.. but instead of telling me how to operate that aircon panel.. i keeps pressing those buttons and sayy okok.. at the same time he holds a super noisy walkie talkie...he receives message via the walkie talkie and left super loud!!... left me hanging... i called the operator/onestopservice to inform of this situation..and told them i would like to speak to the manager... i was told the manager will call me... 3 days later.. till i check out... no manager... Day 2 My first morning at the hotel..since the plan to shop was in the afternoon.. my parents n i decided to sleep after b/f... at around 9am the hskp guy appear to make up room.. my mom open the door and told him later.. we will call when we are ready...and i place room on DND So before leaving the room for shopping.. i called for make up service.. Done with shopping.. hoping to shower n lie down on a made up bedsheet.. i was sgain dissapointed... nothing was done...ZERO. So i called the operator again n inform her of the situation...and again i told her please convey this to the manager.. but again... NO MANAGER...she told me that they were inform i refuse makeup room.. i told her yes u are right but i did call later for room makeup and i told her i met the hskp supervisor along the way when im gng out and he stopped me coz my room was on DND..i return to the room and release my dnd...and told him to go ahead to make up room.... which means they are aware that i have left and the can clean up the room...im not sure if they do not have a duty manager or only 9-5 manager... But whatever it is.. there is no courtesy of apologising or anything.. Im not expecting a compensation or anything.. But no apology at all.. Inroom dining Food was superb!! Ordered twice and both time was superb!!! Courteous girl who sent the food over...A bit slow and not insync when requested for ice bucket to be sent together when call was awhile later.... Window lounge While the hskp was cleaning my room on Day 2.. i went to their window lounge and wait.. Spent RM18 for waiting...😨😨😨 I would like to express my thanks to the lady on duty (did not manage to get her name)... Great smile and approachable.. Check out! Good Job to the checkout girl and conceirge guy!! The lady at check out was courteous...👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 Many thanks to the guy who helped us with luggage and taxi booking.. i changed time for pick up.. and he helped us arranged without a fuss!! Overall I love the rooooooooom!! Super spacious!! But no view at all ...Goood family room!!! One king size and One single bed... Room was clean!! Hoping for a better service...basic2 service.. I have been to KL for more than 5 times and have never stayed in the same hotel... I want to try all.. I have tried Parkroyal and Melia... tiptop service...I hope to have a better service in future.. Clean and great service!
Heard that they just refurbished the hotel. So gave it a try and they never fail my expectation. Check in was ok but would suggest to have better queue system. Room given facing another building but it's spacious and clean which is more than enough to me. Location is good as it's near to the pavilion mall and others. Breakfast spread could be better. But again you get what you paid for! I would rate this hotel 4 star... Definitely not a 5 star. Perhaps the best 4 star if they sustain the level of service, clean and neat room and good wifi. Will I be coming back ? YES! Value for money

Want Excellent location and service, this is it.
We were at the Dorsett last year during renovations and enjoyed their hospitality! This year Nov.2017 we returned and were pleasantly surprised with quality of reservation.When we arrived we met Mas Aziera Arshad at reception . She checked us in with pleasant smile and very efficient and got us in our room in no time . Fantastic hostess and an asset for the Dorsett. The rooms are still very comfortable and very clean. (Still love the place). Breakfast is lovely with a good range of food choices. Dorsett very conveniently located in the "Golden Triange" at Bukit Bintang. Great value for money and would recommend this beautiful hotel

Slow Check in by Trainee Staff.....
Me and my wife was travelling with long flight and very tired. Upon check in one of the receptionist doing the check in process was very slow. She was hanging me more than 10 minutes!!! i'm believe that this is not a correct procedures for check in! i'm was check in a lots of hotel before and never seem this kind of slow check in. Some more she was very blur and look like doesn't understand what i saying to her. OMG !!! Really can't accept this service. Luckily one of the senior name Michelle notice that the girl was facing a problem and she take the initiative to approach the girl and ask whether need any assistant from her or not? Then only she ask for help from Michelle. When Michelle attend us, she was showing her beautiful smile face and apologized for the delay check in process to us. She was very nice and helpful and fast respond, during she assist the receptionist to check in us, she still can chit chat with us and without fail doing her job. Michelle only took few minutes time to check in us and to get bellman to assist us to bring our luggage to room. Room was clean and good. No comment about the room. Overall, for my stayed was good, but still can improve. Specifically for the receptionist must be fast respond to all the guest and with smile. During my stayed, i observe for few staff from reception, notice that all the ladies and Michelle always with the beautiful smile on the face, except the girl who was check in me. Anyway, i will be back again to stay here and hope that for next time can see more improvement from the trainee receptionist.
