EXEMPTION OF SST & Tourism Tax Please be advise that all rates / prices are with 0% Sales & Service Tax (SST). Tourism Tax will also be fully exempted from 1 July 2020 till 31 December, 2021. Kindly take note effective as of 1st October 2020, Hotel standard and procedure check in/out and parking as below : Check in time Standard check-in time is after 3.00 pm. Guests arriving prior to this time will be allocated rooms as soon as they become available. Request for early check-in must be made at the time of reservation. Every effort will be made to honour your request; however, it will be subject to hotel occupancy on the night prior. Should you wish to guarantee room availability before 3.00 pm, we suggest that the room is reserved from the previous evening. This will incur an additional one-night’s accommodation charge. Check out time Check out time is 11.00 am. Any departure up to 6.00 pm is subject to a charge equivalent to 50% of the nightly room rate. Departures after 6.00 pm will incur a full night’s accommodation charge. Parking - rates • RM10 nett per entry for self-park • RM30 nett per entry for valet service.
