I always stay here when I go to KL, but sometimes the room smells of cigarettes. The solution is to get an air purifier or wait for another room.

The hotel is very close to everything. I always stay here when I take my wife for medical treatment in Malaysia. It's close to TRX and Pavilion. There's Weng Heng Seng, a delicious kopitiam, just a 100-meter walk away.

For many years putting up at Dorsett KL. Room wasn’t that clean but ultimately appreciate the room maids in providing towels etc.

It would be better if the hotel took more concern with the cleanliness of the glasses in the room and wiped the dust around the wardrobe.

The only problem is that after 4 nights here, the room was not cleaned, even though there was a sign that said it needed to be cleaned.

Checked in smoothly. Lower your expectations for a 5-star hotel (do not compare to surrounding hotels). The furniture and building looked worn. But, everything worked smoothly. There was a complaint from other guests about a certain “smell”. But it was still bearable for us. The hotel might need to invest in a dehumidifier to eliminate the odor problem. Other than that, everything was perfect. Especially, it's very walkable to TRX mall and Bukit Bintang crowd. The hotel itself is located in a quieter area of Bukit Bintang.
