All the 3 breakfast mornings, the server (s) on the laksa counter was always pouting with annoying attitude and serving reluctantly. Not only to me but to several old ladies before me. Attitude an attitude! Also there was a busser lady who cleaned up my table with my coffee still untouched when I went around getting more food. Although, there was this tall. And good looking young man who was very attentive getting empty plates off of my table. But I didn't get his name. Another bad experience was at check out when I realized that my TSA lock had gone missing in the room, the duty manager tried to sell us the brass lock for 16RM. No one there was aware that TSA locks were international standard if we didn't want to risk getting our locks broken by airport securities. After a long and time wasting conversation, she then offered the lock, which we accepted because we were traveling to Indonesia before going to the US. We had shopping items in the luggage that we wanted to secure just in case. Although she wanted to investigate the matter, she had negative findings and offered free upgrades which I found as an insult. My aunt was staying in another room, had her medication bottle clear up from the counter in the room without confirmation. Luckily she had a spare bottle in the luggage. Also the cabinet doors in the room were very dirty, the sink was clogged in all the 3 rooms we booked, the carpet was old and stinky and humid. But the AC was working well. The food on breakfast was good but wouldn't recommend staying there until they change the carpet and improve on the service.
