The location and surroundings are undoubtedly very convenient. Right next to Teluk Cempedak, you can easily find food in that area if you don't want to dine in the hotel. In terms of overall cleanliness, it can be better. I find the pillows are too soft and thin, which hurt my neck. But overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Rizal was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed early check-in at around 3pm and late checkout at 1pm, which was very generous. The hotel explanation was clear, and the accessibility around the hotel was good. Overall, smooth process and great service.

Went early and asked for check in, the staff said it would take time and I said I will wait. I'm okay with that, actually. The thing is, there is one Malay guy wearing a white colour uniform who came from inside and gave the key saying you can use this room first. I understand his urgency, but at the same time I said I wanted a higher floor and the thing he said made me write this. He actually said, "Dinding kat atas tak baik condition mungkin runtuh sikit2 nanti.

This is my fourth stay here, recommended absolutely amazing view, but need a long queue when having breakfast in the early morning.

I brought my wife to stay here. My wife is very happy with the service, facilities and scenery here. Car parking is a little far from the hotel. Parking The parking is very close.

Memorable vacation! This marks our 2nd visit to this enchanting destination, our last visit was in January 2022. The room boasted a breathtaking view and the property continues to exude impeccable maintenance. With its wheelchair friendly facilities, we were able to conveniently store the wheelchair in our room. The kids’ amenities met our expectations and the breakfast spread was nothing short of expansive. Yet the real gem lies in the warmth and hospitality of the staff with special mentions to Manoj, the dedicated intern, Amin and the rest of the team. Their friendliness and unwavering assistance added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

The ambience, the staffs, the facilities & beach all was perfect!

My experiences at 5 stars hotel are below my expectations. Breakfast offered was not tasty and limited of choice. Even has rambut at the kuih kole kacang. However, the views and staffs are magnificent and outstanding. 5 stars for both above.

Enjoy my stay here. The staff was helpful, responsive and went miles to make your stay comfortable. The room conditions were good as advertised. The only drawback was the breakfast was super expensive. But there are many F&B options next to the hotel. We ordered the room service and it was so salty not quite for what you have paid for. Overall we have a pleasant experience in the hotel.

The best thing about the resort would be the staff. From the front desk to the ones manning the restaurants, they did a very good job. Very quick check in, prompt services with the food, nothing much to complain about the services from the staff.
