hotel is quite far from town area, but can reach using public transport such as bus and MRT. Breakfast is normal.

Clean pool, clean room, friendly staff. Check-in and check-out process is also fast. Recommended.

Halal food is the best plus point. Recommended for travelers and tourists, near the city center, even walking distance to sightseeing. The room rate is very competitive with activity options for kids and family.

Spent 1 night here. Upgraded to their larger room, thank you! We've had a good rest. Little one enjoying the playful playground in the lobby.

The carpet on the hall way smell so bad every time we walk. Male me and my husband want to threw up. Foods almost are same every day.

The hotel was so nice, thank you for the staff who was kind to upgrade our bedroom into a bigger room, it was such a nice stay, and it was easy to check in and check out too. There was a self check in/out counter that you can use, also they have a lot of activities to do in the hotel. I was with my niece and there was a playground that she can play in. Overall I really like this hotel, thank you.

great hotel, kids friendly, strategic location

It's a great pleasure to spend a holiday in here. Since we always stay in the center of the city, Furama gave us a different experience. We can explore another side of Singapore by bus because it's easier to get to the bus station than the MRT. So many bus routes are near the hotel. And also, 7-Eleven made it easy for us to get something in an emergency. The food from the Nusantara restaurant was also the best, like our recipe in Indonesia.

Very unhelpful reception staff. All digital. No regular room service. No hotel info literature.

Bathroom lack of dehumidifier as such everytime after a shower, the bathroom is full of moist. Swimming pool at times were occupied by babies training in the pool. As such hotel guests had no peace at the pool. Short handed of cleaners. Room is clean every after every 3 nights. The only con is the spacial bedroom, comfort bed. The bathroom really need a renovation. Customer service no up to standard. As for room cleaninf in the morning but until 4pm in the afternoon the room is still not cleaned.

The hotel is not very close to the MRT station, it is quite a distance to walk. The room is small and cozy but the toilet leaks water into the room, which is very inconvenient. The staff is not friendly and does not support enthusiastically.

Everything is nice. Staffs are friendly and kindly. East to go to the MRT station just 800-900 m. From the hotel. All facilities are nice. Glad to be here for a week! 🩵.

My third time I spent in the hotel, everything is good enough.

The hotel is very nice but the breakfast doesn't have rice, and only western.
