Surprisingly, it’s a really nice hotel! Very clean, the service is very good too. The room is quite spacious for 3 people. The facilities are complete, suitable for a family vacation. Thank you!

Overall was good, the hotel facilities are nice for family and kids, have swimming pool, playground, and other optional chargeable for paddle or pickle ball. The location is also quite near from bus station and MRT station. The room price is worth it for me compared with other 4-stars considering hotel facilities and locations.

Overall, it was great. The hotel's location is a convenient walk to the MRT, and the surrounding area isn't bad. There's a 7-Eleven under the hotel, which is fantastic. The room was okay, spacious, comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cold. The staff were lovely.

It's convenient and strategic to go to places. It has unlimited water dispenser and laundry facility that can be used. Short walk to Robertson Quay and Havelock Station.

Located at a quiet area, this hotel is a family-friendly, kid-friendly accommodation. It has children's indoor playground, children's pool, laundry room, and other experiences. Staff are helpful and friendly. It has cafe on the ground floor, and Kintamani Indonesian restaurant available for dinner buffet. It also has 7-eleven on the ground floor, pretty convenient. The room was pretty small for a family of 3.

There was no bidet like in Thailand, which I didn't like. I didn't use the kids' club because I couldn't find it, and the staff didn't provide any instructions during check-in.

I like the hotel... it's close to the MRT... the rooms are in the new building and the old building... there are coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, drinking water, towels, etc. provided, we can take everything ourselves... check out can also be done using the system or receptionist... the point is I don't regret staying at this hotel... the hotel is also busy...

The room is really small, huh? The rest is ok.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the MRT. If you don't buy a package that includes breakfast, it's another 10-minute walk to find a cafe. However, there's a 7/11 in the hotel lobby so you can buy snacks too.
