Comfortable stay experience from parking, hotel service..👍

I stayed in room 210. The cleanliness management was lacking, especially in the bathroom (the floor was rarely brushed, the sink faucet couldn't be closed) and the sheets were already crumpled white.

The front office staff requested a 15-minute check-out time, but that's not possible. Even 5-star hotels can handle this. Please improve the attitude of the front office management, especially the women. The receptionist position is still too young; learn more from the seniors.

The hotel's location is strategic, but the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could still be improved.

In my time traveling around Indonesia, staying in hotels ranging from standard to five-star, both for business and personal use, this is the first time I've been disappointed. Even asking for a late check-out before 12:15 PM wasn't granted! The staff were unfriendly.

Not bad, but unfortunately, breakfast isn't a buffet. There's also no notification in the app that breakfast is a set menu delivered to your room. Cleanliness is decent, the bathroom walls are still yellow, but the worst part is the front area near the lobby—it looks like a former cafe, and it smells of rat urine. Hopefully, this can be improved, because the price isn't that cheap.

The place is comfortable, it's okay for a 3-star hotel, the cleanliness is also maintained, the location is very strategic, everywhere is close, just walking distance. However, yesterday I got a room door that was a bit damaged, the lock part was a bit worried. The TV remote cover was also broken, it would be better to replace the door and remote.

Sorry, "For that price, the quality of the room and facilities are far from expectations. Cleanliness is poor, many of the facilities are broken, the sink faucet is loose and needs to be held when used, the carpet is dirty and dull (luckily there are slippers), the walls are dirty and lack maintenance, the furniture is damaged, and much more. Maximum PM is needed.

Sorry, but this is a rather lacking experience for that price :(. Starting from the power outlet near the bed that was not lit (fortunately they still provided a solution by lending a terminal), and also the amenities were incomplete such as tissues had to be asked first to the receptionist and were not equipped with a tissue holder (this is still understandable), there was no telephone to call the receptionist (maybe because of the room type), the hairdryer could not be borrowed with the information "according to the room type" (which I thought was still provided with the facility to be borrowed from the receptionist), as well as the many small ants in the room, torn towels (in my opinion not suitable for use). Please check again, because even though we only booked a "smartroom" room, should we be given such service?

The room was comfortable enough for sleeping, as most of our activities were outside. The service and facilities were 4/10. I complained about the exhaust fan in the toilet not turning on, but they just said yes, but no action was taken, even though the water heater was producing a lot of steam when in use and it was dangerous if the exhaust fan wasn't working. There was also no mini-fridge in the room, making it difficult to store food brought in, even though the Grand Family room I chose had a non-essential safe. Lastly, there was the access card. After checking in and entering the room, it wouldn't work, so I had to go down to the lobby to request an upgrade. I stayed for three days, and I had to request an upgrade every day. Management needs to improve. I think the location is good, and if management is improved, there will be more repeat customers. I noticed that at breakfast, there were only two existing employees, even though there were quite a lot of guests. So, in my opinion, the service experience was rather poor in the restaurant, and I opted to eat out for breakfast.
