Dear Mr. Victorsun, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. Our Guest Relations Representative working on the afternoon shift is more than one person, and perhaps unfortunately at the check-out time at 12 pm, they may be engaged with some other task elsewhere. We have a standard check-in/check-out process time of not more than 10 minutes and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We apologized for the delay in holding you back from going to the airport and we shall investigate this issue to prevent such an experience to re-occur. As for the release of credit card pre-authorization, it is normally at a maximum of 14-days or shorter. Should any of our Guest Relation associate was not clear in explaining the process, we truly are sorry and shall again take your feedback to re-train them again to avoid confusion and miscommunication in the future. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
