Overall, it is very comfortable to stay here, suitable for families, the atmosphere is also beautiful. The hotel area is also busy, there are many places to eat, coffee shops, supermarkets, laundry, and even souvenir shops, so you don't have to worry about finding food and buying souvenirs. The cleanliness of the room is also good, it is always cleaned every morning, coffee, tea, towels, and toiletries are replaced every day, the water heater works well, the room smells good and the AC is cold, great. My only suggestion is, maybe the TV should be upgraded to a smart TV soon, so that the channel choices are more varied. 4 days 3 nights stayed here, thank God I was very satisfied. The rooms are quite spacious, with swimming pools for adults and children. Ample parking is available, and it's close to the UGM campus.

Asked for a room on the ground floor but got a room on the top floor.

The toilet smells of feces and rising gas. The walls are peeling and moldy. The TV network is shaky. The food is delicious. The AC is cold.

The hotel is easily accessible, the grounds are clean, and parking is plentiful. The receptionist is communicative, and the staff are generally friendly.

Although the towels had a musty odor, the staff was very friendly and continued to provide excellent service. Whether the odor was due to a lack of laundry perfume or simply being dried without being laundered, the staff accepted my complaint and replaced them.

The location is close to everything. Next to the hotel are Indomaret and Tempo Gelato Jakal.

Convenient and strategic, you don't have to walk far to buy souvenirs. There are Bakpia Kencana and Bakpia 25. A short walk and you'll find many coffee shops. It's not too far from the city center. It's kid-friendly. It's perfect for families. It's a beautiful environment.
