The hotel is very strategic, close to UGM and restaurants/cafes. There's a pool too, but unfortunately the taps are old-fashioned, so waiting for hot water can be a long time. The rooms also look old-fashioned. But so far so good.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. It's a kid-friendly hotel that makes kids happy because it has a swimming pool and fish pond. My son was even allowed to feed the fish. The room also has a small refrigerator, perfect for snacks and drinks. Next time we go to Jogja, we'll stay here again.

booked 3 rooms from the beginning check in staff was very slow the room we occupied was late cleaned so we were late to enter the room even though we had waited a long time, the bathroom was all leaking starting from the washbasin, closet and shower. the water heater was dirty and not functioning properly. the room next to the pump machine room was very noisy. towels smelled musty. pillows were limp. there was a room that did not ask to be cleaned but instead was cleaned so there were items missing they were very irresponsible just saying the items were not in their possession. really regret staying here it really does not give a good impression.

The food is quite good but the dining table is not very clean, the cutlery is not very clean, the room has no filter in the bathroom, the hot water is good but the bathroom is old, the floor of the room is broken, it is quite spacious, I feel uncomfortable, the mattress hurts. Stayed here with my family in 3 rooms. It felt like I was close to a big mall because there were big outlets on both sides of the hotel. After a short walk down the alley, I found Javanese noodles. It's nice to be close to all the essentials. I'll do it again next time.
