Nice hotel to stay. Amazing. Great location.

During my medical treatment in Penang, I stayed at this hotel, a minimalist hotel, but clean and comfortable for resting, if you want silence, choose a high floor room, with a city view, it is quite healing for the mind and soul to see the view outside... Highly recommended.

the location was strategic and easy to reached. there was food court and bakery very near to hotel.

Unfortunately, there was no telephone from the room to the receptionist, so I had to go down to the second floor again. When I wanted to check in, I found my room was open and couldn't be locked.

The location is very strategic, close to Gleneagles Hospital, Penang Island. It's very easy to find food. The staff and cleaning service are very friendly. Keep up the good work. Continue to improve the availability of larger rooms, so customers have more choices.

Hotel near city center, clean and comfortable

The room only contains a mattress, there is no drinking water heater / hot dispenser per floor.. there is no telephone to the receptionist so you have to go back and forth to the lobby,,, yesterday I got a price that was more or less the same as other hotels (not too cheap).. not suitable for elderly people or those with children.. the elevator is also not very clean.. the room is quite clean

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is strategic.

FAST CHECK-IN PROCESS. YOU CAN ENTER BEFORE THE TIMES BY GIVING A REVIEW FIRST. THE ROOM IS SMALL BUT CLEAN. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE BRINGING SMALL CHILDREN. THE TOILET IS CLEAN, THERE IS A HAIRDRYER. RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO ARE ALONE OR COUPLES.

The hotel's central location made it easy to reach our destinations. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. 👍

Was nice but far from heritage sites and city town

The noise from outside is very annoying can’t sleep well but the staff was nice one

3night here very comfy, but room is not really soundproof and very noisy from people beside our room. Besides that, there are tons of delicious food near the hotel.

For a price of less than 600 thousand, you get a triple room, a large room with cold AC, a very strategic location, a large bathroom, everything works well, minus the lack of a television, which is actually not important because traveling hotels are only for sleeping. If you just want to stay overnight, it is quite sufficient here.

So far so good. I've stayed at Tune several times and it never disappoints. Affordable, great quality 👍

The staff are very friendly and for those who bring babies, you can ask the staff for ice gel, they are very friendly.

Every time I go to Penang, I always stay at Tune Hotel, there have been many changes, paint, etc.

Good hotel to stay, especially if you come with family.
