A comfortable family-friendly hotel in the city center. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious for a Singapore hotel. The breakfast menu is varied. The only downside is the lack of a bidet, hehe. Overall, a pleasant stay 👍

This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

Overall experience was okay. Thanks for the help on switching rooms by the front office due to my mother's condition. Very much helpful

We’ve arrived quite late and all the rooms were full, and we only got a queen-size bed at the beginning, but they apologized and set up that we can switch rooms in the morning with less hassle, which I thought might be difficult.

great hotel with big space around orchard eventhough i was booking the superior room to compare with the same price rooms around other area. However, returning back to hotel need some taxy, using bus will put you to a 30minutes walk and the location is far from mrt station.

My experience at the hotel was amazing like wifi included in every room, not far from then center and bus stop but a bit far from the mrt station tho. Anyway I will give 10/10 for Mercure on Stevens Road, hope that I will have a chance to come back
