The security, reception, and housekeeping staff were quite friendly. However, at breakfast, the team seemed to need more training. I simply asked for two boiled eggs for my child, and the staff said, "No boiled eggs, sir." Huh? In my entire life staying in hotels ranging from 2-star to 5-star, every time I asked for boiled eggs, they never came, they always said, "Yes, sir, please wait." Then, I immediately tried asking another staff member, "Yes, sir, please wait," and voila... 10 minutes later, the warm boiled eggs arrived. Strange.
I got room 258, but the window hit the wall. I complained, but the room was full. Even though this is part of the same family as Hotel Borobudur, honestly, it still feels like "family" at Hotel Borobudur, like a regular guest.
