It's just ordinary, but rather than not getting a hotel, it's better to stay here, the location is strategic

Have to book here as I need to be in the hospital early morning, When I checked in, the reception said the hotel is full book, and questioning how traveloka can access the booking ( how can I know?) Instead of saying sorry first, she keeps blaming the system and explaining that the hotel is full. I am the guest and I don’t have to hear all of this. After she called her superior then the room is available and she finally said sorry . The room condition is really bad for the price I paid. Other hotel with similar category, have better room condition. The room is dirty, the paint peeled off and bubbling, hole on the corner , the bedside lamp almost collapsed, the sink is crack. And it’s not sound proof, you can hear vehicles from the road . Won’t stay here again. Not worth a penny.

everything is good, wifi is very bad, I'm on the 3rd floor, it's very noisy from the building next to the karaoke place, maybe the music is very loud all night long. Hopefully the management will report the noise disturbance to the relevant parties.

This is my 3rd time staying here, the staff is friendly with delicious breakfast and great service.

All the staff are friendly, very helpful with early check in, clean rooms, can choose smoking or non-smoking rooms, I chose a smoking room with a balcony, cool and comfortable, thank you very much to all the staff, you are all cool👍

the hotel staff is friendly. the food is quite good. the room is clean. very comfortable. but a bit noisy because it is in the middle of the city and on the side of the highway.

Easy access to nearby shopping centers, culinary and transportation. Minimalist rooms are enough for overnight business trips in a short time.
