The hotel staff were less than friendly. When asked for directions to the restaurant, they gave only vague answers, gave vague directions, and were completely unhelpful. I stayed with my parents on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was broken. The bathroom door was slightly damaged and difficult to lock. I received a waterfall ticket, but I didn't know where it was. When I asked the hotel staff, they simply said it was outside the hotel area. When I asked if there were any facilities to get there, they lazily replied, "No." The children's pool was also dirty, and it seemed like it was no longer in use. The water was also ordinary, not hot enough for soaking. The staff informed me that it was being repaired, and the pool heater was down. The pool was also a bit mossy, and it wasn't very clean. The breakfast menu was also mediocre, a bit salty, and by the end of the day, many of the items were already gone and not immediately refilled.
