I got a room with a bidet that didn't work. I woke up in the middle of the night because the AC was leaking and dripping water onto the table. I reported it to the front desk, but no one came to check or fix the AC until I checked out. The breakfast soto soup was cold, and the toaster was broken. A low price doesn't mean the hotel provides poor or broken service and facilities. Please improve this.

The hotel is quite clean, the breakfast menu is simple. The shuttle bus is not on time, for those who are pressed for time with the plane take off time, it is not recommended to use the shuttle bus facility.
