This hotel seems to be in dire need of a makeshift bedsheet. Replace the sheets, blanket, and even the towels. The white sheets I got were faded, unfit for use by customers. The blanket? I accidentally noticed it was torn. A big tear, huh? I also found a thin hole. The towel? Terrible! It didn't absorb any water at all. The next day, I asked for a replacement towel. Same thing. It was very stressful. The edges of the towel were already frayed. The towel was very thin, dear. I don't want to provide photos. Please check for yourself, so you can be sure and see for yourself. Do you have to complain before you get it replaced? The bathroom shower area didn't have a door, so the water leaked out from the wet area. I ended up wiping it down with a mat. Luckily, I didn't bring my parents, because I was afraid of slipping. The toilet seat was small, making it uncomfortable for adults. The shower area's ceramic tiles were covered in water stains and black spots. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

It is a great moment for staying here.

The hotel's location is strategically located in the heart of the city, close to culinary attractions. However, guests should pay attention before checking in. It's recommended to check the bathroom's amenities, as when we arrived, there was very little soap left, as if no one had checked it. The same goes for tissues. The bathroom emits an unpleasant odor from the drain. Please pay more attention.

Location best for shopping local brands, many stores nearby also food.

The room is nice, clean, you can smoke too...the room is spacious with a balcony and the food is delicious...the location is also strategic, it's in the middle of Bandung city, close to anywhere you want to go...if you want to have coffee, just go down to the cafe below

Great location if you love to shop their local brands. Nearest stores are Gozeal, House of Majik, House of Smith, and more. Everything is within walking distance. Other than that, the hotel is a bit old, I think, since the air conditioner made those sounds when I was trying to sleep at night. The breakfast buffet spread is small, but everything is good. The room is quiet, clean, and comfy. They give you one pillow and one bolster. The other thing to highlight is my hairdryer doesn’t have the adapter to directly use it. So I needed to use my adapter to use it. The TV is a bit old too, but I don’t use it that much. Either way, for what it's worth, it is still my best choice.

The vibe, room, and environment are so comfortable. The building's design is very artistic and my eyes really enjoy every goodness in Hay. They also provide an interesting cafe on the lobby floor to chill with my friends. Love this hotel so much and will be back to stay in Hay Bandung for the next coming. Thank you Hay! ❤️

The location is easy to reach, around the hotel there are many culinary spots and souvenir shopping, but the Wi-Fi was problematic during our 3 days 2 nights stay.

The price doesn't match the condition of the hotel. The hotel is old, the towels are dirty, the bathroom is covered in mold, the room is dusty, the lighting is poor, and the breakfast is awful. For 600,000 Rupiah, it's simply not worth it.

All the things are good. The restaurant is also good and cozy. Staff and security are willing to help and friendly.

No extra bed and no early check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, by the way. The Wi-Fi is unstable even though the signal is poor.

The location is great, walkable to various places like Gempol. The hotel room was relatively comfortable and clean, but the downside was that it wasn't soundproof, and you could hear people from the next room quite clearly, even though they were just talking, not shouting. The shower was uncomfortable, with water leaking everywhere.

Comfortable hotel in Bandung, highly recommended if you stay a few days in Bandung.
