The location is great, close to everything, and there are plenty of cafes and traditional dishes like kupat tahu gempol (rice cake with tofu). The outdoor cafe is also great, offering a refreshing cool breeze while enjoying your meal.

Friendly hotel staff, strategic location.

My family spent 5 days here. The locations is great, lots of food places, fruit market, laundry nearby. The restaurants downstairs is good with food options coffee and great ice cream, the staff are friendly (especially the parking team) But I would say the room sizes are very small. I knew this when I booked though, so can't be surprised about it, but it was very small in the family room as the two beds took up the whole space. The wifi connection isn't good from the rooms so we would work from downstairs in the restaurant where the connection is very strong. And because I was in a room that can also be interconnecting we were only separated by a door to the next room so we could hear the family next doors conversations. But it was great value for money, clean, modern and comfortable beds! No real complaints on my end but just giving a picture for anyone wanting to stay. We had business and Lot's of activities so didn't mind all the small things.

My suggestion is to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. It seems there's still a lot of hair left over from previous guests.

I've stayed at Hay Bandung several times, and the experience is always pleasant because the hotel is very strategic, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is quite tasty. The only downside is the basement parking lot is a bit small, the turn to get down to the basement, and it can be a bit slippery when it rains, but overall, the experience is pleasant 😊

A strategically located hotel, just a short walk to shopping and dining. The hotel has a cafe serving coffee and main course meals. The hotel interior and ambiance are quite aesthetic, but bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel responded well to complaints and promptly moved us to a better room. There's room for improvement for the management, thank you to the staff for their responsiveness.

The location is good in the middle of the city, the room is quite spacious, clean, only parking will be a challenge because it is limited, but you can help by leaving the key

Booked a twin room and when I checked in, they said I was upgraded to a triple room with a balcony..Because the twin room was sold out. Strange! Even though I booked it 2 weeks before. Okay. Disappointing.. What they said was a balcony, was just a small terrace and dirty. Lots of cigarette butts and ash. Look at the photo, yes. And the bed is small. It's hard to turn over. Luckily it was only one night. For those with a large body, this is real. The bed is uncomfortable. Don't want to exchange it for a triple room.

No smart tv, outside noise audible from the room even door closing from next door. Wifi speed could be improved

From the outside, the hotel looks beautiful. The location is excellent, close to many delicious restaurants and within walking distance. So, even without breakfast, it's perfectly safe. Upon closer inspection, the hotel's details are quite lacking, especially in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom floor is crusty, the towels and blankets (unfortunately, the blanket wasn't photographed) aren't spotlessly white, and the hotel hallway floor is dirty. Sound from outside the room leaks heavily, and the Wi-Fi is poor. It's fine for chatting, but even browsing basic websites is quite slow.
