Comfortable hotel with nice view. Suitable for family vacation

The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean.

The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are good. Unfortunately, when having breakfast, I only accompanied 2 children who wanted to have breakfast, but I was not allowed to enter the restaurant area because 1 room is only valid for 2 people, the problem is that both of my children are still minors and still small, how can they arrange their own breakfast? If I want to accompany them, I am charged again, then I explain that I only accompany them and do not eat anything, then the restaurant staff said that if the mother is seen eating something we will charge her. Wow. I was offended. This is the first time I have stayed and found a restaurant service for breakfast like this 🤦🏼‍♀️

Stayed for 2 nights but the first night was a bit of a shame, because there were bells ringing in the middle of the night, looking for someone, plus the LG kept the water running for about 10 minutes, then it turned off by itself, then the LG added the doorbell sound was loud like someone wanted to open the door but didn't open, asked to move but was told to increase the room price, it would be better, the room atmosphere was not comfortable plus the LG was told to increase the room fee if you want to move, it would be even more comfortable

All the hotel facilities are highly recommended, the only downside is the breakfast.

Nice, overall very good, only maybe the Pangrango mountain view should maintain the trees in the balcony area, so that the view is not blocked by the trees.

Pangrango 01 room has no view at all, just roof tiles, for some reason the breakfast seems to lack salt, there is additional salt provided on the dining table but it can't be used because the salt is hard and can't be removed from its place, the facilities are okay for children who like the swimming pool, animals and playground.

Thank God, the first time I went to Seruni Hotel, it was very impressive, not inferior to other 2-star hotels.

staying at the Senuri Hotel was very fun, the children were satisfied playing in the rides such as the waterboom and playing with animals such as sheep, chickens, rabbits, birds and others. Unfortunately, when I got to the room, I was confused why I didn't get a towel but I didn't ask for it, but it turned out that when I checked out, I asked why the towel wasn't there, because it wasn't given. Overall, it's okay, it's just a miscommunication. Next time I come again, I'll ask for a towel, they'll give me a promo.

The hotel is very nice and very kids friendly, but unfortunately we got a room that the TV can't be used. For the hotel service is very friendly, good for families.
