Nice view, cool air.. There are many swimming pools and they are clean.. In the room there is also a balcony, the kids love playing in the water.. The food is also varied, just in terms of taste it is a bit lacking.. But everything is good.. The staff is also friendly.. There is also a small minimarket even though the prices are quite expensive, buy a bottle of Aqua for 15 thousand.

The staff is friendly, check-in is very fast, and there's no hassle. I've stayed at Hotel Seruni twice and never get bored. There are lots of photo spots and there are art events every Saturday night. Seruni Hotel is the best. I'll definitely come back again 😁

Our family stayed here for the second time. Everything was fine, from the facilities and service, but there was one thing missing: limited wheelchair access, lacking facilities for the elderly. I happened to bring my mother along for the stay. From my first visit until yesterday, September 13, 2025, wheelchair access was limited because Seruni Hotel mostly uses stairs. So, we found it a hassle to lift my mother and her wheelchair. It would be nice if every stairway had a ramp for wheelchairs. We stayed at Seruni Gunung Pangrango, a 4-bedroom hotel with an extra bed.

The hotel is big, good, but breakfast is only in one restaurant, there are 2 in Seruni, so you have to wait for a long time even though there are several restaurants. In the future, it should not be just in one restaurant so that the queue doesn't pile up, because the guests are not only 10-30 people.

Overall, Seruni is the best.. a regular when I go to Puncak.. just a bit annoying at Seruni 2 restaurant.. the queue to get in is like going to get social assistance.. and they are also rude.. the food is also lacking..

The hotel was quite good. When I arrived on the night of August 17th, my child took part in a really exciting competition. But why did my 5 year old child get hit with a food charge? And the employee told me that when he was eating, CCTV showed him getting hit with a charge. So my wife felt like she couldn't feed her breakfast.
